"Breakfast was taken away at 9:05. The person in charge said it was because everything had run out. They didn’t offer us anything else, and even other guests who came down after us had to leave as well. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m., so the food should have still been out and trays should have been refilled. There wasn’t even any cereal because the staff member was already removing everything. The room and the hotel itself were very good, but the staff needs better attention or more information."

"The restaurant was severely understaffed, with only one person responsible for cooking, cleaning, and managing the bar, which resulted in extremely long wait times. The pool was closed, and when I spoke with Christiana, she was unsure of the reason and advised me to follow up with the General Manager at 8:30 the next morning. However, when I did, there was no GM on the property. Additionally, the refrigerator was not working, housekeeping services were limited, and the hotel overall appeared to be short-staffed and poorly maintained. These issues significantly impacted our stay and made the experience very disappointing."

"Koi Pond at the lobby is a wonderful touch and makes this hotel unique. But there are no microwaves in the room and the refrigerator has a note plastered on the front reading: "Caution this cooler is set 55 degrees and will not keep perishable items from spoiling. Please contact the front desk if you require a refrigerator" I'm glad they allowed this room refrigerator to identify itself as a cooler. But the perishables I brought with me still perished."

"Bedbugs, definately had the creepy crawlies. There was also a fd agent obsessed with making sure the guests said "hi" to him. Even chasing a guest down just to make sure the guest said "hi" back. Weird vibes, not my cup of tea."
