"Stay was great."

"Good location and parking"

"I only stayed one night passing through the area and it was fine for that. Close to lots of good food and coffee shops. The room was large and clean. However, in my room, there were no accessible outlets on or near the nightstands, so phone and watch charging had to happen across the room; and the night stand lamps only worked by a light switch near the door — so no way to turn them on and off from in bed. Also, each individual device needed its own WiFi sign in. Why? Little things for one night but would have been annoying for a longer stay."

"Nice for an old hotel"

"Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Very courteous staff, from the valet to housekeeping. One of my favorites! Will visit many more times. "

"This hotel is well located but it is quite long in the tooth and does reflect the wear and tear of being connected to a convention center. We stayed for 4 nights in a very dark room on the 2 nd floor. There were two nights when the room above us was quite noisy, the AC system was loud and not terribly efficient but it was the awful smell in the lobby that made me wonder if anyone is actually paying attention to the air circulating system in this place. It was a sewer type smell and believe me you couldn’t avoid it anytime you walked by the front desk. They had a blower going the whole time we were there. The hotel has brighter floors, perhaps even fresher feeling rooms, but we were not in that circumstance during our stay. Again, I found the staff to be friendly but the overall ambience was definitely off-putting considering the price we paid for our stay."

"This is an older property that has been remodeled. I liked it a lot. I thought it was clean. I appreciated NOT having carpet in the rooms. There was a pool, but I did not use it. It looked nice. Parking felt a little tight, but we always had a parking spot (we drive a Jeep Compass). I could not hear the traffic from the street which was nice. One night the neighbors above us were noisy, but other than that, we couldn't hear anyone else. Black out curtains were wonderful. Breakfast was nice, but I might've enjoyed a little more variety. But maybe it's just because we stayed for 5 nights. If we had only been there for one or two nights, it would've been great! Staff was friendly. The neighborhood seemed safe. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes."

"The water in the shower barely got hot even with the temp handle turned all the way to hot. I also felt like it was weird not being taken care of by a front desk person. The virtual format was taking forever to process the people in front of me and I felt like it would have been easier and nicer to deal with an actual person "
