"The hotel was clean. Started off a bit rough with our room having a really strong floral scent and my partner is very sensitive to strong odours. Hannah the front desk clerk was great and she got us into another room that didn’t have a smell. Turned out great."

"The room was clean. Sink faucet in main area of our room was very loose. Sponge to wash dishes was used and filthy. Threw the sponge out and asked for another only for it to be replaced with another used one. Breakfast was hot but not the tastiest. Overall though, the price was reasonable for the room. "

"Got there two hours before check in time. Our room was ready however they wanted to charge $30.00 for early check in. I never paid an early check in charge and told them so. They took all my check in info but I had to wait two hours to get the room key. There are many other options in Charlottetown so I will not be staying with Rodd Hotels next time."

"Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great. "
