"we really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The Apartment style rooms with sitting and dining areas separate to the bedroom was exactly as hoped. The staff we spoke to were extremely friendly, helpful but largely apologetic, there just didn't seem to be enough of them. We stayed over Easter weekend and all services had been stripped back. Combining the two rooms we had, the bed was made up just once in eight nights and the resort ran out of pool (and other towels) on easter Monday, this led to us having to use and launder the bathroom towels provided in the room ourselves. Not a good look and completely avoidable. Unless the issue of fully staffing the property during public holidays is addressed, I would not stay here during those periods."

"We stayed just before the peak season room had not been cleaned. The exhaust fan above the toilet was full of dust. Hair in the shower. Dirty dishes had been put away and a dirty mark on the bed cover. Out door furniture had not been cleaned. The unit was over all quite dusty including the floor."

"A well maintained facility with excellent customer service. The quality of food available was outstanding. It was very quiet as wet season which made it a welcome break from city life.The airport transfer service made getting there stress free. The staff really looked after us and were very attentive."

"The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable. We look forward to coming back. "
