"Had a few issues here. 1st room the TV, plugs and outlets didn't work, no hair dryer, the safe didn't work. Changed rooms and also outlet issues and no safe. Big lack of lightening in both rooms. Hot water from the cold water handle. Central air/ heat control so had to have space heater brought up. One elevator door stuck closed for a few minutes. Very noisy between rooms and street sirens, etc. the Staff and Breakfast were good. Most ice machines on various floors didn't work. Maid didn't replace / leave cups or ice bags. Dbl bed room and bathroom were VERY SMALL? Will not stay at this hotel again."

"I came here a few times a year, either to stay, or to use the pools (pool pass). It never disappoints! The rooms are well appointed and the in-room coffee is great quality. Outdoor pools are tranquil with tasty drinks. The only drawback is the location is in a business park so if you're looking for a downtown feel, this wouldn't be it. But Boulder is very close, and mountains, trails, and the like."
