"When I ring up about a late check out for Wednesday 5th April at 16:00 for your colleague tells me it's for free of charge, I expect this for my and my other colleague, but when we arrive at the hotel and we get told it's going to cost €80 each this is absolutely un acceptable and the excuse was 'my collogue enquired AFTER your rung'.
