Broughton Studio - On 5 pristine acres just 5klm/5 minutes easy drive from Berry

"The studio was surprisingly roomy, cleverly laid out and well equipped. The property was beautiful to wander through - stunning trees, private corners, open vistas, ponds, birdlife (not to mention the palatial chook run). We valued both the privacy (our own driveway and entrance, and we didn't actually see our hosts) and the personal touches - text check that everything ok, notes on the seriously amazing breakfast eggs, from the hens. We were looking simply for some privacy and peace and found a beautiful, private haven."

"Our cabin was on the water. It was spacious, and heating, lighting, power points were well placed. Staff very helpful. We had late check-in which was really easy. The bed linen actually smelled clean and ironed which I’ve never noticed anywhere before. Quiet park. Very relaxing. Would love to stay longer. We will make this our regular stop in future. Thank you."

"There was no one available for our check in at 1330. We had to wait. There was no cleaning equipment in the room so we couldn't do any basic house work. There was no where to walk in the park as there were restricted signs around all the accommodation some of which appeared to be permanent. The smart TV control did not work all the time and the TV kept freezing up. The TV setup and time was completely out of synch. The air-conditioning system kept rattling all night disturbing our sleep. There was continual banging from other rooms nearby possibly maintenance or other residents. Other than that it was great."
