Renovated house with garden in Broût-Vernet

Completely renovated, this lodge invites you to relax in a contemporary atmosphere. Located 400 meters from the village center and its shops, on a quiet street, this cottage benefits from a beautiful, wooded green space (1000 m² - semi-enclosed). The entrance is through the well-appointed veranda, where you can even relax in the summer for a moment of reading, enjoying meals, or even as a playroom for the little ones. The very bright living room integrates the well-equipped kitchen and the lounge.

Raised ground floor: two steps at each entrance (door and French window giving access to the garden). This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Kitchen open to the living room, one bedroom for 2 people (one bed 160 x 200 cm), one bedroom for 2 people (two beds 80 x 200 cm), and a bathroom (shower and toilet).
Air conditioning in the main room only.

Gite extras: Cleaning included.

Heating and electricity are the guest's responsibility and must be paid on site at the end of the stay.
