"I thought the mattresses were too soft and I had minor back pain in the mornings. Website advertised a $10.99 breakfast for hotel guests, but there was no such offer at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Beware that in order to find meals outside of hotel you may have to travel a distance."

"Hotel needs updating badly. Had an issue with the toilet draining so I stopped at the front desk to ask that it be looked into. The gentleman asked me if I had plunged it yet?? Huh? I don’t carry a plunger in my luggage. He said they would bring me one. For real? One it is not my issue to fix and two I paid for my stay, how do you feel it is my responsibility to fix your issue? I don’t live there nor do I work there. We left for the day and came back to 0 room service, our keys didn’t work and the toilet wasn’t fixed. After requesting it be fixed again someone came and plunged it and while doing so let the plunger drip all over the bath mat and the floor and didn’t even clean it up. Apparently hospitality isn’t your strong point. Never again will I grace them with my presence"

"From the time my husband and I checked in until the day we checked out, we felt unwelcome by the staff. Any time we had a question or needed assistance, it seemed as though we were inconveniencing them. Interactions were often brief, with little effort made to provide friendly customer service or a welcoming atmosphere. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near attractions in Sioux Falls. However, the overall guest experience was negatively impacted by the lack of hospitality. My husband and I travel frequently, and while the location has its positives, we would not choose to stay here again due to the service we received."
