"We had a great stay at this lovely cottage. Our family of four spent two nights here as part of a larger trip, and found the accommodations clean, comfortable, and charming. The property was equipped with everything we needed, and more. We loved relaxing in the beautiful outdoor spaces and made s’mores in the outdoor fireplace. The location made it easy to get to nearby caves/attractions, and the host was very attentive to questions and offered recommendations. Perfect place for a small family...

7. Carroll Cottage 1 Bedroom by Main Street Bed & Breakfast

"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. There is a difference however between old and old/dirty/unkept. The floor was covered in dead bugs, spiderwebs, and dust. There was someone’s old food in n the mini fridge. Also, we are...

Top Brownsville Hotel Reviews

Baymont by Wyndham Cave City

10/10 Excellent

"This is a nice budget friendly hotel. The breakfast was descent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was pleasant. This was a good bargain for a quick stop over and mammoth cave visit."

Woodspring Suites Bowling Green I-65

10/10 Excellent

"Clean place, great price, great location; right off I 65 . loved having locked the doors before you enter into the hallways. No one else could get there without their room key. We had to leave at three in the morning to catch a plane in Nashville so we were looking for a cheap room on Hotels.com who gave us a great price. I think 68 and then I had some Points that I was able to deduct was 65 total for the night."

Exile on Main Street

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing time at exile and PJ's was an amazing addition that we did not expect. The hot tub made it worth every penny. I voiced that each time I sunk down in the bubbles. We are planning another trip already and bringing kiddos. Also a guided tour of the cave next time. The home was clean and cozy and better stocked than any other short term rental we have stayed in. We highly recommend if your planning a trip to the cavess or just visiting nearby I'd say it would be worth a slight detour and you must have breakfast right down the street at PJ's!"

Brownsville Vacation Rental Near National Park!

10/10 Excellent

"The apartment was very nice, perfect for our family of 3. Clean and cheery, close enough to Mammoth Cave Visitors Center for our morning cave tours (about 20 min drive). Also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen enabling us to make a few meals and bake cookies, as well as the ability to do laundry. We had fun playing chess with the games provided :) Great to be able to spread out a bit after a few nights in a tiny Louisville hotel room!"
