"Although the hotel is exceptionally clean and the room itself is excellent, it is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable that a hotel would provide a bathroom with a sliding door that does not close properly! Bathroom privacy is not a luxury—it is a fundamental expectation that every paying guest deserves. Having to worry about the bathroom door sliding open while using the facilities is both embarrassing and completely unacceptable. What makes this situation even more infuriating is management’s blatant failure to address the problem. I reported the defective door on my very first day, yet by the time I checked out on the third day, absolutely nothing had been done to correct it! Three days passed without a repair, a solution, or any meaningful effort to resolve such a basic issue. A beautiful room and a spotless hotel mean very little when management demonstrates such a disturbing lack of urgency, accountability, and concern for guest comfort and privacy. This is not merely a maintenance oversight—it is a complete failure of customer service. Guests should never have to repeatedly tolerate an unacceptable situation that hotel management has been made fully aware of and has had ample opportunity to correct. Extremely disappointing, entirely unacceptable, and certainly not the level of hospitality any paying guest should expect!"
