I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious for my family of 5. The front desk attendants were always kind and helpful and our room was kept in order. We emjoyed the delicious breakfast, as well and being located near so many restaurants.

Nice, but limited parking

The staff was exceptionally nice! The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location near the mall and several restaurants. The only problem was there was a lot of water standing in the parking lot, due to rain and there was construction at the hotel, so parking was very limited.

The staff and room were okay. Breakfast was great! The issue was limited parking. We were told to park in handicap which didn't seem right. parking in the back was filled with construction equipment and looked hazardous. Paying 300. with no parking is wild. We booked another property.

We had so much room in the suite with 2 king beds. Definitely made our trip more enjoyable being able to relax in our own spaces after a long hot day at the zoo and the pool.

The check in was fast and we liked our suite. The parking was limited and we heard people parked right outside of our window in a fire lane due to lack of parking. The swimming pool and gazebo area were crowded, Im pretty sure some people were invited and didnt have rooms there. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.
