Really enjoyed our stay! Great parking for our bass boats. Close to a good ramp. Beautiful view of the Mississippi. Great amenities within the house (pool table, dart board, foosball, big screen tv's). Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here - very comfortable and gorgeous views of the river with bald eagles nesting nearby. The game room was great, fully stocked kitchen and all new furnishings. The house is even nicer in person than it looks in the photos! Chris was friendly, accessible, and helpful. We had a great stay and would come back again.

Family Get Away

This was a great place for our annual family summer get away! The surrounding areas had lots for both kids and adults to do and the house was the perfect place to come back in to to relax and play games and enjoy the beautiful views of the Mississippi River.

A great getaway

Once you stay at this property you will want to return. We have stayed here multiple times and it's always fantastic. Chris is a great host, the house is beautiful and well stocked, and the game room is an added bonus. We are already talking about planning our next visit.

We so enjoyed the views, weather, and deck. We spent a majority of the time sitting out on the deck visiting (although we did sneak in a few games of pool which was a riot!). We loved seeing the barges, trains, and wildlife. The kitchen had everything you could need and more! We slept great on the comfy beds. It was a lovely stay - we hope to be back!

Great stay!

We had a great stay! We had a group of 6 stay at the property, and the house was perfect for us. Great views of the river, plenty of things to keep us entertained (pool table, dart board, foosball table), and plenty of room. Communications, access, and instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Great stay in Brownsville!

This was our 2nd stay at the house in Brownsville. The house was great! The views of the river were awesome and the house was set up perfect for our group. It is an easy drive for our event in La Crosse. Checking in and out were easy. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Overall we loved the house and location! Everyone ultimately enjoyed their stay! The only downside was the cleaning staff. The house was not ready by the time we checked in because the cleaning staff was at the bar. When they came back to finish the bedroom & vacuuming, we were asked if we would be able to finish the laundry before they left. Fast forward to our last day, the cleaning lady helped herself and walked right into the house over an hour before our scheduled check out time. While it was not the way we expected our trip to start or end the host was very apologetic and reimbursed us our cleaning fee.

Visit to LaCrosse area

This was the second time my family stayed at this property. It is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The views are beautiful, and we had a lot of fun in the game room too. We would definitely stay again when in the area.
