Great place

The place was very nice and quiet, check in was easy and no issues. Great view from the back porch and good location with food and grocery options very close. As mentioned in other reviews one of the showers has lower water pressure but not a deal breaker for me. I would definitely come back and recommend this rental for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Beautiful View

The view is gorgeous. Definitely lives up (and maybe exceeds) expectations from the photos. The townhome is quiet spacious with plenty of room for a family or group of friends to spread out and be comfortable. We had a little bit of a snag in our check in process but the host fixed it right away and even gave us a discount for our inconvenience. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The property was clean, and just the right size for myself and my 2 teens. The location was perfect, as we came down for the Games of Texas which was about a 10minute drive from the property. My girls loved the reclining couch with a place to plug in their electronics. We loved watching the birds, ducks, and cranes in the lake, and even had ducks come up to the porch! It was quiet and relaxing, and just close enough to South Padre that we could take a drive down there to go to our favorite shops!

I've stayed in both these condos, A and B, multiple times. They are new and fresh, always impeccably clean. The location is prime, everything within a quick drive. Luz Marie always answers my texts promptly. There is no other place I would rather stay. Thank you, Luz Marie, for giving me a home away from home.

Perfect Location and Cozy Pad…

We went down to enjoy the opening of the dove season during the special Whitewing opener. This location was 20 mins from the Loop Farms where we hunted for three days and only 30 mins from the island where we headed to have a couple nice evening dinners with our friends after our shooting! Fabulous spot on the lake that was serene and had every thing we needed during our stay. HEB was a half mile away for anything we needed!

What a gem!

I spent many years in Brownsville & I felt like I was somewhere else. Whether you’re staying for work or for pleasure, this place will make you feel like you’re on a vacation. The location was perfect for our needs & the floor plan makes great sense if you dont mind stairs. They were not steep and the upstairs living room made for a nice alternative for watching tv. The road was a busy street but more than normal due to a parade nearby so folks were using this street as an alternative route. I slept in the front bedroom n there was no outside noise. In the mornings, we saw lots of birds & pelicans. It was very peaceful little sanctuary.The one odd finding was the water pressure. It was very low but not that big of a deal just a bit of a surprise. I was still able to shower. Id definitely stay here again.

The house is very nice. Beautiful view out the back sliding glass door. Dish towels and dishwasher pods in the kitchen and a hand towel in the vanity bath would have been nice. Would stay again.
