Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels and linens in or beside the hampers. Load what fits into the washer, but do not start it. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Take or discard opened and perishable food. Bag all trash and place it inside the black outdoor cans and not loose or outside of bags.
Turn off TVs and lights, set all split units to 80°F, close windows, curtains, and blinds, and lock every door before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests have access to all areas of the property except for one locked closet located in Bunkroom 2. That closet is reserved for owner storage only.
Bag all trash before placing in outside bins. No loose trash or items outside the bins. Boxes and large items must be broken down and bagged, too.
Do not set split units lower than 72 or they will freeze.
