"Our snowmobile trip was so nice because of the Penny House! Both driveways are deep enough for trucks and trailers with ramps. The garage was useful for grilling and sleds if the need arises. One block from the trail that skirts the highway. The house is bright and fresh. The hostess was wonderful, and very responsive with messages. Would recommend to anyone visiting the U.P."

"Wha fantastic location and beautiful house. The minute we walked in we were thrilled. Spotless and welcoming. Chocolates greeted us with a personal note from the owner. The kitchen had anything you could ever need for preparing the range of meals. We loved enjoying morning tea in the sun room. The sun room is also a great space for morning or afternoon stretching. The bed was super comfortable and the gas fireplace kept us cozy in February. Also love the rain shower! A highlight for us was being able to cross country ski out the door and along the wilderness shoreline. The conditions were perfect for us. And we did it daily just before sunset. And the sunset! So beautiful over the porcupine mountains. One day we never got in the car which was fantastic!Thank you Jay and Michelle for sharing your home. "

Centrally located to Bond Falls, Lake of the Clouds and Lake Gogebic. Lots of off street parking for trailers. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Had everything we needed other than a stove but we made do! Cute cabin right on the lake. Not too far from hiking trails and the grocery store is super close. "
