"The lounge had a terrible smell of cigarettes, staircase and hallway had the same smell. I did not get a clear answer on that from the staff. Staff was very rude,especially when they were asked about the bread and coffee in the morning. They simply said, it is finished (30 minutes before the breakfast time was over). When requested for coffee and hot water for tea. They did not provide hot water. No bread. It was my worst experience ever. I will never ever stay in this hotel. I think it is the owner himself who smokes in the lounge and the hallway."

"Very good hotel but too expensive. Parking price was 50$, a rip off. We should have parked with an app. We didn’t expect the surprise in Annapolis. We pay that money in DC or NYC."

"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Premium Price! I paid a premium rate for my stay at the Best Western Annapolis, expecting a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a hard time about the breakfast for two that I had clearly prepaid through Hotels.com. It was listed on both my confirmation email and receipt, but it didn’t show in their system. They made me wait up to 30 minutes and insisted I email the hotel group a copy of my receipt before finally issuing a breakfast voucher once I returned to my room. The room itself was basic at best. The lighting was poor, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there were no napkins in the basket, and the shower had no shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. Overall, it felt like a standard budget stay rather than the upgraded experience I anticipated for the price. Service and attention to detail were lacking throughout. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a true premium or comfortable stay."

"Really bad location"

"When I checked in, breakfast was included. I was advised then that parking was not included. Do most visitors really walk to the hotel or do they bring a car? The receptionist did advise that breakfast was included…. However I was charged for it. I’m checkout, yep, there was a charge and the receptionist advised she would revere the charge. Surprise, it was not reversed….And the hot tub was not working properly. The pump for the hot tub was not working and there was no button to make it work."

"Hot water was an issue. Lukewarm at best and a few times no hot water. The elevator was dlow and the other elevator was broken."

"Bathroom Could’ve Been Way Cleaner & Better, No Blinds In My Room So The Outside Light Just Came Through All Night With That Thin Ass Curtain. Breakfast Was Cool, Plenty Of Parking, Party Was Happening Right In The Next Room So My Kids Couldn’t Sleep. The Doors & Walls Are Thin AF So You Hear Everything & At One Point I Thought Somebody Was Trying Come Into Our Room But They Were Just Going Into Their Room. Overall Will Not Stay Again."
