THE ACCOMMODATION

The house was renovated in 2019 from the ground. It is located in a quiet outskirts and yet is only a few minutes walk from the center! Nature lovers should also be happy because the distance to the forest is barely 100 meters! Walks and bike rides are thus available!
On more than 100 m² of porcelain stoneware tiles covered living space can spend up to 6 adults relaxing their vacation. Our holiday home is an age-independent holiday home, ideal for families and friends (animals are also welcome on request), who want to spend their holidays together. Our cottage is a Non smoking house.

THE HOLIDAY HOUSE

The ground floor unites the kitchen, dining room and living room in a large, well-lit room, which allows our guests to enjoy the domestic activities together, as the living space is distributed on one level. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, each with a large, open rain shower. Thus, it is ensured that the guests in the early morning hours when going to the bathroom do not disturb or hinder each other.
Recreation is the basis of a vacation, so our rooms have king-size beds with anti-allergenic 7-zone spring mattresses and fresh blankets and pillows. In the spacious kitchen you will find everything a hobby cook needs. Thus, you as a guest can enjoy the uncompromisingness of preparing every meal as in your own home.
There are also days on vacation, where you do not necessarily want to be on the road. On such days you can relax on the large terrace and even have a barbecue for dinner! The large garden even allows you to catch a few rays of sunshine, weather permitting.
In the overall picture, the equipment of the house combines high-quality, modern technology with simplification and a touch of design.

The living room has a large, comfortable sofa with seating for up to 6 people, a wood-burning stove (firewood is provided for free in winter) and a 55-inch UHD Smart TV. Together you can have a glass of wine with your family or friends in front of the fireplace or even end the evening with a movie. Upon request, a Netflix account will be provided for the duration of your stay.
The dining area is furnished with a large glass table with six comfortable chairs. On request we will provide you with a highchair.
Our open, modern and generously equipped kitchen offers dishes, pots and everything else you need to cook. The electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, the fridge freezer, the dishwasher, the microwave, the coffee maker, the toaster, etc ... are all high quality equipment from well-known manufacturers. Cooking utensils, spices, coffee capsules, detergents, etc ... are always present. As a small extra, there are two bar stools in the kitchen where you can have a coffee in the morning or watch your lover cook in the evening.

A small selection of books and some board games for adults and children are also available. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with towel radiators and walk-in rain showers. The beds in the two tasteful bedrooms are equipped with comfortable comforters and three different pillows for each bed. Spacious wardrobes provide ample storage space for your luggage and clothing.


GARDEN AND TERRACE

Our cottage has a large garden with a beautiful terrace. The large, south-facing terrace invites you to sunbathe and gives a nice view of the surroundings. Our fenced with fences land is about 500 square meters. Comfortable garden chairs, a modern garden table, sun loungers and a high-quality awning guarantee a pleasant stay outdoors. A gas grill will also be provided to enjoy the evenings on the terrace.
