"Room was very nice and spacious, pretty decor and comfortable beds. Two warnings- there is no elevator, and some rooms are on the third floor and the rooms in the front of the building get a lot of street noise (because it’s Reno) and you’re not too far off the street. Overall, though, a great place to stay if you’re looking for non- casino accommodations that are still in the heart of downtown Reno."

"I would say highlights would be the room was clean the staff was very courteous and they had an on-site restaurant that was really good It served a variety of things and then they had some gaming on side as well I would say bang for the buck I got a very good deal as far as it being 4th July I would say another bonus was access to IHOP CVS McDonald's a nearby shopping center with various other stores and last but not least not that far away from Atlantis casino as well as outback steakhouse a...

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
