"We stayed here for three days to visit the Harz National Park and mountains. We were shown the property by a really friendly receptionist at the adjacent hotel. There is a really well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a table and chairs outside. We could order bread for the morning which was delivered to the door. It was walking distance to all the main parts of the town and a great choice of restaurants for dinner. So many things to do in the Harz, lots of walking, cycling, lovely...

"We really loved this hotel. Convenient walk from where we parked on the street; in a restricted traffic area so you can easily bring your luggage inside. Quick check in and friendly service. " The reception and rooms are on 2nd floor and there is no elevator or escalator so had to bring all luggages up a very small stairs. There is also no air conditioner in the room and we couldn’t open the window as the mosquitoes were coming in the room. It’s also not safe to keep the windows open all night as it’s so easy for someone to climb into the room through the windows. "The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."
