Welcome to South Beach House Brunswick Heads, a fabulous modern beach home floating between the river and the sea. Overlooking the tranquil Brunswick River and surrounded by lush bushland, this character‑rich retreat offers the perfect place to truly get away from it all.

Designed for relaxed coastal living, the home features four upstairs bedrooms (three queens and one double), two bathrooms, and a cosy loft with a single bed, comfortably sleeping up to nine guests. Wake to the sound of birdsong, enjoy your morning coffee on either the front or back deck, or wander down the beach path to listen to the waves rolling in.

The open‑plan living and dining area flows onto vine‑covered outdoor spaces, creating a seamless connection to nature. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen or embrace the slow‑living lifestyle with your own wood‑fired pizza oven and a thriving permaculture garden full of fresh, edible produce.

Thoughtful touches elevate the experience: luxurious furnishings, a deep Japanese bath, two car spaces, and linen and bath towels provided.

Please note: the elevator is currently not operational, so access to the downstairs area is via the outdoor stairwell. This home is located in a peaceful residential area and has a strict no‑party policy.

Great location

This is a comfortable and spacious house for a family or friend group. It has room for everyone. Everything is a easy stroll away - shops, cafes, beach, river. The biggest plus is the location. Upstairs are 4 double rooms and downstairs off the garage is another bedroom with twin beds and in the 'room with a view' up the spiral staircase a single bed. The only downside (for us) is that none of the bedrooms have curtains. If you don't mind waking up with the sun then it won't be an issue. However, the two bedrooms that look onto the back deck (with sliding glass doors) have next to no privacy - anyone walking up the rear ramp and onto the deck can see in. Also there was no information on the house - how to work things, etc. We managed okay but there appeared to be no wifi available. Also if TV is your thing, there is no TV.
