"We were told our luggage would be in our room by 4:00 PM, but it wasn’t delivered until 5:20 PM, causing us to miss our dinner reservation. The room was also extremely loud from street noise, and we couldn’t sleep until well after 1:30 AM. There was also an unexpected destination amenity fee. When we raised these issues, we were told nothing could be done because we booked through a third party. Very disappointed, especially given the cost of the stay and missing the reservation that was one of the main reasons for our trip. We made a complaint to the Director of Front Office and were told there was nothing they could do because we booked through a third party. This experience has made it clear that booking through Expedia offers no protection or support. I will book directly with hotels going forward. Very disappointed. We spent a lot of money and didn’t even make the reservation that was one of the main reasons for our trip."

"The Rock bar had good drink specials all the time. They needed more food options in the food court and everything shut down too soon. It would be nice to have some options for people that were coming back late or wanted to eat and gamble after midnight though. The room was nice, clean and staff was friendly. "

"Just think the hotel needs a remodel. The room was a nice size the furniture just looks dated. "
