ABSOLUTE SCAM. BOOKED 3 ROOMS ON WOTIF. GET TO ROYAL HOTEL GUYRA TO BE TOLD THEY'RE NOT PARTNERED WITH WOTIF AND THAT IT'S MY RESPONOSBILITY TO SEEK REFUND WITH WOTIF. THEN OFFER ME 3 ROOMS FOR CASH PAYMENT. NOWHERE ELSE TO STAY SO PAID TWICE FOR 3 ROOMS.
