I like the size & the layout of the apartment/room, perfect for the three of us. The kitchen is equipped with appliances & utensils that you can prepare your own food. The location is perfect, close to dining restaurants & shopping stores, convenient to metro stations.

A full working kitchen and air conditioning in a heatwave was excellent, especially as Carrefour local was opposite the hotel and metro adjoining it! The area itself has excellent restaurants for all palates.

Great place to stay with a family. We travelled with our teenage son and there was enough space for everyone. Nice kitchen area and small table also very helpful. The staff were very very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Good location for seeing most of the city.

Perfect for a short self catered city break. Its a 10 minute walk from Central Station down cobbled streets which can be a bit challenging. Its only a bit more expensive so I would recommend an Uber to and from the airport rather than the train. The area outside is noisy and a bit rough but has all the shops you could need and is within walking distance of most attractions. The apartment was clean, tidy with all the facilities we needed. It's not luxurious but it's comfortable and I would happily stay there again. staff on site 24 hours

We stayed in this hotel whole week and were more than pleased with everything. Location is perfect, close to whatever you want to see and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It has kitchen and grocery store across the street. We were so happy with our stay in this apart hotel that we are looking for the same chain of hotels around the Europe. We highly recommend it anyone who wants convenient stay in Brussels.

This hotel was in a great location - tons of interesting restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean. The tub was oddly very high - as a 5 foot tall woman, I had a hard time getting in and out to shower - I would guess any elderly family members would not be able to get in without help.

Hotel was in good shape, well maintained and clean for the most part. Staff did not engage with visitors unless visitors initiated conversation. I was disappointed with the shampoo, no conditioner at all and shampoo was both shampoo, body wash and handsoap. There was no daily refreshing of bath towels or garbage emptying. They clean on check in and check out only . 4 coffee pods for a 5 night stay with 2 people. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, it was decent but not great.

Property was good, however room was on second floor and by the sitting area, which kids were screaming at 11:30 pm as well as could hear construction noise in below shops. Place was clean and new amenities. Great, central location, however the 4 and 10 metro lines are out of service till April 2027 so plan accordingly.

Great location on the shopping promenade. Excellent staff - friendly - helpful - courteous. Clean rooms and lots of storage. I would suggest asking for rooms on the back of the hotel to minimize noise from the streets and shops.

Great stay overall. The apartment-style room was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything, with a metro station right next to the building offering easy access to Brussels Midi and Central, which is ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Additional amenities like breakfast, laundry machines, and a gym were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend for the great location, staff, and facilities.
