Loved this place. I went with a friend and asked for seperate beds. Our personal beds where really nice and comfy, not to small not too big. Next to that I was mesmerised by the design and decor, especially from the heated pool. The staff was really kind!

This hotel was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. This was my first time is Belgium and the staff were very helpful with direction and very attentive to my needs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others travelling to Brussels.

There were limited food options available at the hotel. The nearby area appeared to lack safety measures. Streets contained noticeable amounts of litter and dirt. The room's air-conditioning was not operational, and we were only moved to another room on the second day of our stay following several visits to reception.

Beautiful place to stay

Really beautiful place to stay in Brussels. Only drawback was because it was so high-tech, it was sometimes difficult to understand how to do certain things e.g. closing the blinds! Pool was so relaxing. Bed was really comfortable. Definitely get a city view room if you can!
