The check-in and chekout is so easy, the facilities are really nice, simple but modern. The place is well connected with public transportation (5 min Metro and 2 min tram) and a lot of options of restaurants and stores. Also the real palace is close walking (20 min). The kitchen common area is enough with several fridges, sitting area and the table games are a great plus. The room is clean, enough for a short stay, no complains

Very efficient way to stay in Brussels, close to transportation and within easy walking distance of Grand Place and other tourist areas. The room is no frills but has what you need and is spacious enough not to feel cramped. Check-in and check-out was automated and very easy. Nice coffee and laundry area in the basement and easy access to two restaurants on the ground floor. Very reasonable price for the location.

The world need more citybox

Very good overall experience. The hotel is automated and everything works excellent. The check in / out process was amazing and the hotel take to provision for my early arrival giving me options. I like to find more hotels like citybox in my next travels.

Slightly strange to check in on a screen with no human contact. I had not previously been informed that I would have to pay a city tax and when I was prompted to pay at check-in (I was confused because I had already paid online) it was difficult to locate a staff member to talk to. The location was good, a little out of the city centre but the city is very walkable so we were able to get into the city centre in 15 minutes. There is a communal kitchen downstairs that was stocked with dishes, which was convenient. We chose this hotel as one stop on a longer vacation because of the laundry facilities and were slightly disappointed when we found out it was 7 euros for each machine (14 euros if you wanted to wash and dry one load) so we did not end up utilizing this facility.

Good value

Booked a single room, nice room with plenty of space for one. Clean and comfy bed. Was especially cozy with the small light. I could hear the trams but I liked the noise so wasn't fussed by them. Air conditioning didn't seem to do much but not an issue as it was mild outside. About a 7 minute walk from metro stop. Had a locked baggage room to drop bags off at which was handy. Overall had a pleasant stay
