It met my good expectations for a Courtyard Marriott. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The gym was well equipped. The bed was comfortable, but a bit on the firm side. The Wi-Fi was fast enough, but had high latency that disrupted video meetings. The heating in November worked too well. The thermostat control was a dial that allowed for adjustments +/- 3 degrees. Even at the -3 adjustment, the only way to cool the room was to open the window, which opened just a centimeter. The breakfast buffet would benefit from adding a vegan protein option.

The staff at this property is just wonderful. Super helpful and generous. This was our first time in Brussels and we occasionally had questions. They always would stop and have a conversation with us about how things works. I highly recommend this property.
