I paid for the reservation in advance and once I got there the hotel was closed, couldn't get in contact with anyone, phone or email. Terrible experience... I couldn't do even the check -in. Still waiting for a refund.

Outstanding Service

I really like this little hotel, and I particularly like the warm welcome by the very helpful staff. This time I had included breakfast as well and it turned out to be a good choice. Basic but both fresh juice and lots of fresh fruit. Good selection. I will be back later this week.

J'encourage les visiteurs a y séjourner. proximité des bus et trams qui mènent au centre ville en 15 minutes... Le magnifique Parc Josaphat juste en face c'est génial. Ma fille et moi avons adore.

Douche pas chaude à peine tiède.

L’hôtel est bien dans un bon quartier mais cher : café payant dans la chambre, petit déjeuner bon mais pas exceptionnel pour le prix. Le gros souci est qu’il n’y a pas d’eau bien chaude ! A peine tiède, que ce soit le soir ou le matin, même après avoir laissé couler assez longtemps. Ça c’est vraiment dérangeant. Il manque de prises électriques, impossible de brancher son téléphone près de la table de nuit, ce qui, à notre époque, est bien gênant. Le gros problème

Brussels meeting

Clean and basic have hotel if you have things to do in the area. Out of the way and isolated for tourists to Brussels. I had meetings nearby and was convenient but would not stay there for other reasons. Breakfast was good but on the expensive side for a hotel like this but with more options than expected.

Great little friendly hotel

Great hotel in nice location. Staff were great - all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good - everything you could want and all fresh. Very nice staff in restaurant and kitchen. nothing too much trouble. Rooms are a bit dated but bed very comfortable. Only criticism would be the sound insulation in rooms is poor. You can hear all noise in adjoining rooms and corridors- probably due to hardwood floors etc but can keep you awake. On the whole a great little friendly hotel and very good value. Will definitely stop here again.

Nah, ‘this was not for me!!

I will never stay there again!! Misadvertised as there was no air conditioning, breakfast was incredibly expensive so I did not go for it. Staff was ok but service was somehow basic.
