Our stay at Hotel Agora was very nice! We had a lovely smaller, cozy room with a window that opened to the courtyard below. The hotel is right in the heart of Brussels old town and just steps from Grand Place. The hotel was easy to walk to from the train station and very convenient to all the sights and shopping. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Disliked: Amenities
Location is very good. It's close to the brussels central station and several tourists spot. There is no lift. Stairs are steep and narrow. If you are not fit or carry large suitcase ,take it in consideration.

Great location. Literally on the doorstep of great bars, restaurants, souvenir shops etc. 5 min walk to Grand palace. Close to public transit. Hotel itself is fine if you just need somewhere clean to sleep. No elevator but very helpful man behind the desk carried all our bags up. Room very basic with a kettle, no fridge unfortunately. Soft comfy bed. Provided cot for our baby Would stay again

Charming property but not suitable for some because there was no elevator. Staff was very helpful assisting with luggage but the higher floor you’re on the more steps to climb whenever you leave or arrive. Older building.

We arrived about 10am in the morning and check in is not till 2pm. The staff were very helpful in keeping our luggage and doing all the paperwork early. When we came back about 3pm, the staff member took us to our room (and our bags were already there!) and showed us everything. Truly a wonderful help. The hotel is VERY centrally located. Just about 2 blocks from the Brussels Central station, steps from the St. Hubert shopping area, the Grand Place, and so many restaurants and shops that you couldn't imagine! It's a great place to stay. Our room was small but we were only in there to sleep and rest. We didn't come to Brussels to sit in our hotel room!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of city center. Staff was amazing! We got there before our room was ready, but were able to drop our bags. When we came back, the staff had already taken our bags to our room for us (no small task as there is no elevator and LOTS of stairs). Very helpful woman at the front desk and later a young man who helped us arrange a taxi for the next morning. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The staff was very helpful. We were there during a very hot time of year and the place is not air conditioned, but there was a strong fan. The shower area was modern. It is in a good location a fairly short walk from the train station.
