Just what our family of 6 needed to visit Brussels for a day. We walked to the train station early in the morning when it was still dark, and we felt very safe. We recommend this property.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Sarah who did our initial check in, passport checks etc. and explained all the usual information guests require when staying in a new city/town. Our room was clean and bright and overlooked the garden area. Some websites are describing this hotel as having city views. This is not the case, there are no rooms with city views at this hotel. Tea and coffee making facility would be a a welcome bonus, especially after a days travelling.

The property is a modern hotel with all the creature comforts of home. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were well lit and the location was close to the midi train station and the centre of town. The hotel service staff were very helpful.

So this hotel is in a very rough neighborhood. I’m a single guy who works out, but even I felt a bit unsafe there. The rooms are decent, but they don’t have tea kettles. The wi-fi wasn’t good. On the plus side, the breakfast in the morning was SUPERB.
