We enjoyed our stay. The hotel location puts you in the heart of it all. The hotel and room were clean. The staff was great and helpful. My only issue was that the bed was too hard, at least for me; otherwise, everything was great. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family.

The location is perfect, you have the train station near and everything is walking, the only thing is that the hotel is not very clean, I think they have sewer problems ( because of the smell).

What a great place. Wonderful location, walking distance to everything. Great dining and shopping steps away. Everyone there was so helpful, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for families. Our suite was very spacious and had everything we needed.

The hotel is in a perfect location and the rooms are clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful. However, I found the beds to be a little bit uncomfortable. Not uncomfortable to ruin the stay, but a bit uncomfortable nonetheless.

The hotel is very outdated. The sink in the bathroom is broken. Everything is super old. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. The hotel needs major upgrades. The staff was nice. If coming back again to BRU, I will choose elsewhere.

Excellent Stay at NH Hotel Brussels – Great Location, Helpful Staff, and Delicious Breakfast! I had a wonderful experience staying at NH Hotel Brussels during my visit to Belgium. The hotel served as a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Brussels and several beautiful European cities. One of the highlights of my stay was how easy it was to organize day trips to Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, Cologne, Aachen, and Maastricht. Staying in Brussels made it possible to explore not only Belgium but also nearby destinations in Germany and the Netherlands. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, always making sure guests felt welcome and comfortable. Another highlight was the delicious and hearty breakfast. There was a good selection of food, including freshly prepared eggs upon request, ham, bacon, and sausages. It was a great way to start the day, especially before heading out for sightseeing. Housekeeping was excellent, with our room cleaned daily and kept comfortable throughout our stay. I also appreciated the complimentary amenities, including towels, a toothbrush, shoe-cleaning supplies, and even a phone charger. These thoughtful touches made the experience even more convenient. My advice to fellow travelers: Brussels is an excellent base for exploring Belgium and neighboring countries. Plan your day trips in advance, familiarize yourself with the public transportation system, and take advantage of the hotel's convenient location to discover

No air conditioning the first 2 days, and when they 'fixed' it, it was cool at best. Spent 2 nights in 85-90 F temps. Location was excellent, close to the beautiful center of the city. One block from train station, so good for travel but the surrounding area is dirty and homeless people abound. Staff was nice and kind, and responded promptly to our concerns (even if it was not fixed immediately). Overall 3/5 stars. Probably would look elsewhere next time or just stay in Brugge/Gent and visit Brussels for a day trip.

Location was wonderful. Room was large and perfect for my husband and I and our 17 year old boy. A/C worked great Only drawback is it took a very long time to get our room I understand we arrived in the morning but it would be nice if when you know a guest has arrived and asked for early check in to work on their room instead of saying “we start on floor 1 and make our way to the top. “ we left from Canada so we were absolutely exhausted and even ended up falling asleep in their lobby! Other than that it was great!

To me, the location cannot be beat for this hotel. It was so easily accessible from Brussels Centraal — if the comic museum entrance next door is open, it’s literally a one minute walk. It was right in a town Square with great food options, a lively crowd, and a phenomenal view. The rooms themselves weren’t anything spectacular, but if you just need a place to sleep in a fantastic location, this is more than sufficient. Would absolutely stay here again.

I only stayed 1 night. The hotel was close to the railway/metro, sights, restaurants and chocolate shops. The room was quiet, except for some noise from the waterpipes in the building. But this didn't bother me, and there was earplugs in the room. I didn't have breakfast. The bed was quite hard. The bathroom had a tub. They stored the luggage for me for a few hours before my trip back home.
