Great location so close to all main attractions and lots of restaurants all around, the room was very nice and clean and breakfast was good too..the only thing they should give 2 bottles of water for 2 people not just 1..but all together we had a great stay at Novotel city center.

Very clean, safe and friendly hotel. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops and almost all attractions. 5 minutes walking distance to everything. Rooms are very good size with sofa beds. Liked it a lot and would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming and helpful staff upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our room for 4 was perfect after a long travel day. Clean, spacious, and each kid had their own bed. The room was cool and quiet and we all slept great. Perfect location for exploring the cities major historical sites and finding great spots to eat.

Hotel is in the perfect place everything was reachable in 5-10 min walks, staff were awesome. Just I see something about charging plug is normal European so now all hotel install usb and port c type charging facilities.

The hotel is in a very centric location with many restaurants close by. Even though we arrived early the front desk let us in early when we signed up to be members. The room had all the amenities needed. Would stay here again.

The room was a great size for our family. There was actually room to move around and for the boys to play, which is rare for rooms catering for families. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Great location with the staff recommending some great local restaurants!

Very solid hotel in a great location to explore Brussels in an interesting neighbourhood. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby as well. We stayed one night as part of a journey through Belgium and found to be just what our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) needed. Having our luggage stored before check-in was easy, room was relatively spacious by European standards. The pool was a nice bonus. Very walkable to everything we wanted to see from this hotel and a short / affordable taxi trip to Midi station. Restaurant in the hotel came in handy for a late evening snack, and seemed to be pretty good value and quality. Probably an underrated piece of this property.

Nice clean hotel a short walk from the centre of the old town. Close proximity to shopping and dining options. Friendly staff very willing to help. Very limited food options within the hotel, particularly if you arrive late. Only breakfast is served and the Bar has some minimal food service, supposedly till 11 or midnight. When we were there the chef had left by 10 and we were directed to go a couple of blocks away to a pedestrian area with some options there. Would probably stay there again but would now know what to expect.

Perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of Brussels. The breakfast and bar were well appointed with plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and accomplished. The gym reopened during our stay which we appreciated. The swimming pool was in great demand because of the very hot weather so we sadly gave it a miss. The public underground car park was immediately opposite the hotel and was pristine and secure.
