The hotel is fine and well located for the European Parliament. The furniture is a little dated though and generally the hotel generally could do with some upgrading. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Everyone I spoke to at the hotel was friendly and helpful - the room was a great size and comfortable. Great shower! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with lots of day trips planned - the train station just a minute away and the metro also easily walkable. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The room was clean and large. You had a fridge and water bottle that you could fill up by the lift, however, they wanted to charge us €29 per person which I thought was extortionate. I believe it should have been offered at a reduced rate considering we were horel guests....

More than i expected from the hotel compared to the price paid and the location which is near a main metro station and centre of Brussels. Gym dated but everything needed for a pro builder. Nice size pool and good breakfast. Go for the family room which was huge

Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk from Brussels Luxembourg Station, its 10 euro by Uber to Grand Place. The in house restaurant, the Poet, is very good and the bar informal with great staff.

After an initial slow check in we had a great stay. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast staff member was efficient and friendly. The bar staff were also excellent. The pool was nice. I would recommend the hotel.

Convenient location, great staff and excellent facilities. A very good family-friendly option in Brussels. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Excellent bedding. In my room at least, the bathroom was a bit dated… but that comment is only meant to those readers who make a point of having a separate WC and for whom a spacious Italian shower is a must.
