The room was okay, it was in a noisy area with lots of bars below it and our window lock was broken so we couldn’t keep out the noise at night. They did eventually fix the window after the third night but the bar below us had a DJ playing until 4am that was very loud even with the window fixed. So if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel but if you are looking to party then this is the location for you! Personally I would not have book it had I known.

The location is extremely convenient, everything is within 10 minutes walk. It can be a bit noise at night as bars are located in the same streer, but is well insulated, noise doesn't get it much.

The room was clean and spacious, but it was uncomfortably warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. A couple of the plug sockets were also out of order. After booking, we received a message asking whether we already had the entry code, as the hotel is no longer staffed and there’s no reception. We replied to say we didn’t, but never heard back. When we arrived, we had to phone to get the code. There was a poster on the door with the details, but it was very faded and difficult to read. The room itself was pleasant and having a bath was a nice touch, but there was no shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Very convenient location though with great access to restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The room was cute but too small for us!! Cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vent. Better fit for 2 people than a family of four. Location is great it’s 5 min walk to the grand palace and variety of restaurants! Also the hotel is attached to a restaurant which made it convenient.

Fantastic place to stay, spotlessly clean and staff both friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfy. Right in the heart of the nightlife. Fantastic atmosphere and close to all amenities.

Hotel was well located - close to metro stations restaurants and some tourist sites. Comfortable with a decent breakfast (eggs, cheese, salmon, coffee, croissants, and bread, yogurt, nuts). Staff nice and helpful. I think it was a bit overpriced. My room was smelling cigarette, unfortunately.

Requested a quiet room as hotel in a very busy social area, the room we had had no outside noise at all 👍. It was clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Paintwork needed a bit of a touchup. Bed was extremely comfy. The staff were all great, polite, friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time in Brussels.

Very loud music until 2:00 am every night even on a Sunday night. Bar made delicious drinks. restaurant is CLOSED on Mondays. Carpets in the room was not clean. Bed was very comfortable. I would request the highest floor possible to help with the noise.

Excellent location for nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Easy to access metro nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was great, perhaps a tiny bit of touch ups around the tub area might be beneficial. Great coffee via pods, and a fabulously comfortable bed. Our room had no view at all but was quiet. Again, such a comfortable bed, probably the best bed we have had in Europe anywhere regardless of hotel ranking! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.
