Requested a quiet room as hotel in a very busy social area, the room we had had no outside noise at all 👍. It was clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Paintwork needed a bit of a touchup. Bed was extremely comfy. The staff were all great, polite, friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time in Brussels.

Excellent location for nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Easy to access metro nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was great, perhaps a tiny bit of touch ups around the tub area might be beneficial. Great coffee via pods, and a fabulously comfortable bed. Our room had no view at all but was quiet. Again, such a comfortable bed, probably the best bed we have had in Europe anywhere regardless of hotel ranking! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

The hotel was ideally situated for the city centre. It took us 25 mins to walk from Brussels Midi station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean, however there were a couple of things that we found let the side down. Firstly the lighting in the room was terrible it was so dim I really struggled to put my make up on. Secondly the plug in the bath didn’t hold the water in the bath, I was really looking forward to a bath as I don’t have one at home. Thirdly we didn’t get a decent cup of tea all weekend as they only had a coffee maker, wouldn’t be a problem for most but we don’t drink coffee at all so it was a problem for us. Lastly our room smelt of cigarette smoke in the evening I’m guessing the air conditioning unit was pulling in air from where the tables and chairs were outside. Overall we had a lovely weekend 😊

This hotel is in the heart of Brussels, and while it was a bit noisy due to its central location, I didn’t really mind. It added to the city’s lively atmosphere.
