    You can access your holiday flat directly from the outside via four steps. The 47 m² interior is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and an open-plan living, dining and cooking area. In the first bedroom, you sleep in a 180 cm x 200 cm box-spring double bed. A large wardrobe provides storage space for your travelling wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed consisting of two 90 cm x 200 cm sleeping areas, one above the other. In the living area, a modern sofa with recamiere invites you to relax after a hike. The flat-screen TV with satellite and Smart TV provides entertainment in the evening. The dining area with four chairs invites you to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals comfortably and extensively using a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and the usual small electrical appliances such as a kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee machine. A high chair, cleaning products, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery leave nothing to be desired. An ironing station with iron, as well as a baby pack with baby travel cot, baby food warmer and baby monitor is also available. The bathroom is designed as a full bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, washbasin and bathroom window. The free Internet connection via WLAN rounds off the facilities.

    There is a private outdoor area of approx. 130 m² with a sun terrace, sunbathing lawn including sun loungers and a dining area with barbecue.

    Our two exceptional holiday flats are located on the ground floor of our old winegrower's house Anno 1924 at the entrance to Bruttig-Fankel directly on the romantic Moselle. We bring you fresh bread rolls from the bakery to your holiday apartment door.

    Bruttig-Fankel is located between Koblenz and Trier near Cochem. The holiday flats are currently being renovated for you and will be available for your holiday from spring 2017. The approx. 130 m² park with sun terrace, sunbathing lawn and direct view of the Moselle is unique. The flats on the banks of the Moselle each have a gas barbecue, which can be used. We recommend a fine drop of Moselle wine directly from the local winegrowers, which we have in stock, to accompany a good BBQ. The holiday flats each have a car parking space directly at the house, parking spaces for your bicycles or motorbikes. As part of our service, we can drive you to and/or pick you up from the hiking trails or canoeing starting points in the surrounding area. A very special highlight of the summer is the Bruttiger Winzerfest on the second weekend in August each year with brilliant fireworks, a big parade and live music on the fairground at the historic town hall.
