It’s an older place. It was clean, good price, wi-fi worked and good water pressure. It’s decently close to a gas station and HEB and some fast food restaurants.

Clean room, good AC, quiet and safe property that’s easy to access. They let me check in a noon without a fuss, everything went great. Plenty of shampoo- good fridge and easy access to the ice maker outside. Wished they had hair conditioner but that’s about my only complaint!

We came in for the Brazos Valley Horse Auction. Needed a place to stay for the weekend that was close to sale barn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very refreshing after being outside all day!

Friendly staff but the place needs some serious renovations. The ac worked good fortunately. I guess my review is based on what we played and being that there was an important match at Kyle field prices were inflated. It served its purpose but it wasn’t worth the money. I would not Etsy there again

Room was adequate for a one-night stay. It was mostly clean, but overall in the room some updates were needed. Bed was comfortable, shower and sink worked ok. Television did not work but wi-fi was good enough to stream a movie. Toilet was leaking water onto the floor - not much but it was a little bit of a nuisance. Check in process was efficient and the owners/managers were pleasant. I let them know on checkout about the TV and the toilet. Not sure I would stay there again but the price was definitely better than the $300-400/night for other hotels in the area on a home A&M football weekend.

For the quality, it was definitely overpriced. Also when I booked it on Expedia the total price included fees and taxes, but what was Charged was different than what was actually advertised for that property. Just overpriced - and it really needs fresh paint, total cleaning and some thoughtfulness put into the amenities. Very disappointing. World traveler

The room was cleaned with a very strong smelling product, most likely Fabulosa. Unfortunately I have asthma and that scent is a horrible trigger for me. We tried to air the room out, but it lingered all through the night. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

No hot water at any time of day or night. Although pets are allowed, the day after checkin the proprietor stopped one of my crew that was staying in the room and accosted her about paying an additional fee for the dogs. He then forced her to pay on the spot and charged for 4 nights when the room was only booked for 3 nights. This added up to fully half of the cost for the room itself, and nowhere was the pet fee disclosed on Expedia or at the time of checkin. Even still, the rooms are cheap and the ice machine has a virtually limitless supply. But really, put your pet fee on your listings and don't bully scared women into paying inflated fees.
