"The rooms are showing their age although upgrading has apparently begun. Staff are friendly but the hot water was turned off for several hours and the dining room remained closed even after hot water was restored. No compensation was offered, not even complimentary coffee."

"The place was immaculate, and so well decorated. They provided all the basics and more you would need for your stay which isn’t something a host normally provides. They made you feel so at home, and our host was there always by text with anything we needed. It’s a very quiet building in the heart of student housing. I could hardly tell I was in a college town, so don’t miss out at the chance to stay here. I’ve been in my fair share of vacation rentals, and this topped them all. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for our party of 15! Plenty of room both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch and having the fold up chairs out there were a great idea. The only complaint was the kitchen supplies. I am a cook and we ate in all weekend. For being a house that accommodates lots of people, I feel they needed more kitchen utensils and cookware to accommodate many. I will definitely stay here again."
