"Pros: Die vielleicht schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die eingestellten Bilder können das nur bedingt weitergeben. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett. Neben verschiedenen Kaffee- und Espressomaschinen über Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden, was man während des Aufenthaltes eventuell braucht. "Friendly and helpful staff, did not have time to use the amenities but common areas inside the hotel and surrounding outside looked very attractive; breakfast was fine but could be improved in particular as far as variety of dishes and availability of salads and vegetables are concerned"

"Loved our stay here, Martin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, it was very spacious and had a balcony. The room was updated and modern. The breakfast was okay at best, very basic selection. There is pay parking in the underground garage or limited free parking in front of hotel. The hotel is a bit of a hike from the town centre, there is a short cut but it is very steep and not for the faint of heart. Room had kettle with basic coffee/tea supplies which was nice. Overall had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"A wonderful three night stay with several meal options, hiking, and shopping! The room in the main building with balcony was wonderful, bridge view and creek was very well thought out with several plugs, spacious, and a comfortable seating area. You don’t feel “stuffed” in the room. Parking, WIFI and breakfast were great! This hotel serves the Viking cruise line and other touring groups so they work hard to make it better than most! The chef from Portugal in the lower shop canteen was wonderful and he spent a little time with us because it was rather quiet. When you are so far from home the extra friendly visits mean more than can be expressed! We should have remembered your name!"

"Clean property. Sauna was amazing - would have been better if there was a shower just outside just to cool down. Provided with us a card which allowed us to visit numbers of place free of cost - saved used around $$$. Issue checking in due to iPad not working (as no front desk available). The booking said they provide with a card which allows us to travel for free on local transport - never got it."
