My second time staying there, The hotel was clean overall, the staff was very attentive. Breakfast on the 7th floor was very good and a highlight of the stay. There was a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed immediately, which was appreciated. Will look forward to stay there again..close to all shopping center

This was honestly a perfect hotel experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond cleaning the room every day. They respected my privacy as well if I had a sign on the door. A great breakfast option every morning. A top notch place to stay and I will be staying again. Every time we travel to Bucaramanga we stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and friendly. They have a great restaurant on the top of the building and you can see the whole city. The hotel is attached to the large mall so you can go down stairs and going into the mall. Great restaurants and shopping all around the hotel. I tell all my friends to stay there when in town.
