Location reasonable, felt safe area. Easy to check in. Apartment in reasonable condition and had all the necessary amenities. Quite basic. 20 minute walk from old town and 15 minutes palace of parliament

The room and property were clean. The issue was that they had a sewer back up because by our second day there the bathroom smelled like a sewer. It was very potent. The lock box entry was seamless. The neighbor was quiet and safe but it’s about a 15-20 minute walk to old town.

Fair value for money

Main bed was comfortable but sofa bed was really uncomfortable, so wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people. The flat was clean and bed warm enough. Very noisy neighbours but maybe we were just unlucky that night. We didn’t receive an email with instructions so had to contact host regarding access to accommodation. Fair value for money.

Easy check in, got the code for key lock in a WhatsApp msg, had a large apartment with lots of pans, cutlery, job etc, shower gel provided, hand soap, comfy bed and a very good experience so would happily stay here again, caught 100 bus from airport to piata Unirii 2 and it was a 6 minute walk

This property is more like an actual apartment than a hotel. Don't expect hotel amenities like breakfast buffet, 24 hour staff, et cetera. Despite that, the property rooms are clean, spacious, warm and inviting. Even though the staff is only available at limited times/days, they are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Overall, a great place at a good price.

It was a very big place. It has airconditioning but it doesnt feel like it - it was late Spring and the room gets really hot. Room was only cleaned once and was only provided one set of towel during my three day stay. You need to buy your own shampoo and soap as they are not provided. Lift was not working. Although in a residential area, walkable to the city centre.

Netter Empfang beim Chech-in, das Prince Residence verfügt über einen Aufzug. Das Apartment "A5", ist "old fashioned eingerichtet, aber OK. Da nach vorne heraus liegend, ist der Straßenverkehr deutlich zu vernehmen. Weitaus störender jedoch ist die Hellhörigkeit des Nachbarapartment,äs, selbst bei in normaler Lautstärke geführten Gesprächen, hat man den Eindruck direkt daneben zu stehen. Bei Nutzung des WC, ist nicht nur dieToilettenspülung in besagten Apartment zu hören, sondern auch der Vorgang an sich. Fazit: Zentral gelegen, etwa fußläufig 8min zum Airportbus 100 (3 RON, etwa 0,60,-€, zahlbar mit Kreditkarte an den Entwertegeräten im Bus, Fahrtzeit +/- 40min), nur sollte die Wahl nicht auf das Apartment "A5" fallen

Όλο το δωμάτιο ήταν άσχημα διακοσμημένο -αυτοκολλητα στους τοίχους, καυστήρας φυσικού αερίου μέσα στο δωμάτιο, στη μέση του τοίχου, κακός φωτισμός. Επίσης είχε σημαντικές φθορες- η πόρτα του μπάνιου μουχλιασμενη από κάτω, σπασμένη καμπίνα του μπάνιου επίσης. Τα λευκά είδη επίσης ήταν παλιά. Ωστόσο τα στρώματα στο κρεβάτι και στον καναπέ ήταν σε καλή κατασταση και ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός με το parking

Positiv: Lage und es ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zimmer ist geräumig. Problemloser Check -in/out. Negativ: so gut wie nichts der beschriebenen Leistung ist vorhanden. Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, Küche kaum nutzbar, Abfluss im Bad hat gestunken, Raucherzimmer (als Nichtraucher sehr unangenehm), Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt,... Zum Übernachten okay, aber sonst eher weniger zu empfehlen.

La prima camera con la cabina doccia senza la porta, e comunque una stanza impresentabile, la seconda con la cabina doccia impraticabile, la terza, con abbondante sovrapprezzo, decente anche se con dettagli al limite dell'indecente

Ótimo apto

Apartamento bem organizado, limpo e silencioso. Boa localização. Só o fato de não ter recepção, ter que ligar para receber chaves e instruções, é que acaba atrapalhando a logística.

Rent, tyst, centralt ; Prisvärt!

Centralt läge men i lugnt kvarter med gamla hus. Ganska fräscha lägenheter och rena. Jag har bara mycket bra intryck av dagarna jag har bott där. Finns även faciliteter om man vill hushålla sig själv, dessutom finns det mycket bra restauranger på gångavstånd. Man parkerar på gatan då det saknar garage men jag såg inte detta som nackdel. Trevligt bemötande och personal. Såklart jag återkommer vid min nästa resa till Bukarest.

Good stay

I stayed for one night. Hotel room has basic amenities, and a small kitchen and fridge, and a couple pots and pans. Hot water worked well, and the wifi as well, was reliable. The best part was the view overlooking a quiet courtyard.
