Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded and they booked an excursion to the Parliament Palace for me. The hotel also arranged my airport transfers. Would recommend this hotel based in the old town, it’s a great location for walking to see the attractions.

Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Had an amazing experience at this hotel. I am here for one more day and the staff has been so friendly and the rooms were super clean. I was here for my birthday and the hotel even brought me a bottle of champagne to my room on the house which was very unexpected and so nice. Its also in the center of lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return!
