Grassington is a great location, we went on walks from the door both upstream along the river looping back through Grass Wood, and downstream to Hebden and a fine sandwich in the Clarenden Hotel. In Grassington we had a great evening meal in the Black Horse and also a tasty takeaway curry from Rozis which we picked up on the way back from the Fountaine Inn in Linton, well worth a 25 minute walk."

"A really comfortable and charming property. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was also good (even for me with a bad back). The location is superb - in a quiet valley, an easy walk to Bolton castle and just a stroll to Aysgarth waterfalls. As a map will show, really close to Wensley and Leyburn with nice pubs. Juliet and David were very friendly hosts (as were the sheep)."
