We asked for our luggage as we had checked our luggage and she had her colleague bring half and when we inquired about the remainder of luggage she said they are looking for it. She does not handled being question well. "

"It was very nice to stay there. They were very helpfull when i asked for photo copies. Transportation 1 block away. There is also a market acroos the street. The laundry area is available 24hrs. It was very clean. We had 4 great days staying at this place!!! "

"Hotel location is in a nice area of Vienna. Quiet but with some lovely coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel itself had an interesting dinner menu and the food is very tasty - it’s a popular restaurant so would recommend booking ahead of time. Hotel room was of a decent size and relatively clean. Hotel reception staff were friendly. My one complaint is that the bath in my room did not drain properly and there was no bath mat so it was very slippery...
