However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel at all. Staff are nice and location is very close to the bus stop in front of Chiayi TRA I’m taking to Alishan. I managed to deposit my luggage here while I take a carry on to Alishan."
