Wonderful room. Nice and big. Full kitchen. Great view. Hideous incomplete and abandoned construction zone next door. No usable beach - dirty from birds kept on site and flock of ducks. Birds smell bad - smell carries into the water park.

My wife and I loved Lagoona Beach Resort. The staff was very professional and concern with my needs. The hotel arranged my pearl diving excursion. I was bummed out when I left the hotel that was my best experience at any hotel.

Amazing family hotel
This beautiful hotel has amazing big indoor/outdoor pools and kids game room with PS5 and pigeon feeding, ping pong g on the beach and roaming peacocks. It’s a paradise! Only disappointment was no hot water in our showers. Otherwise everything is wonderful and big spacious apartments with comfy beds.

Not the right place believe me
Worst management team I ever met in my 15 years experience of hotels. Stuff was great, place was good but mangers attitude and manners are garbage, awful and terrible. My advice find another place to enjoy ur trip.

Absolutely perfect
Hotel was very nice. Very friendly staff. Only issue was the sand storm made weather miserable but hotel was incredible. Will definitely stay there again

Absolutely no mention of it being the only building inside a huge, unfinished building site, strewn in litter and chaos. Miserable views of derilect buildings and mess. Avoid at all costs. A shame as its a lovely building.

The room was classified as sea view, in fact its not completely sea view, so i think they have to announce that there are complete sea view but with other prices to be clear for the guests.

Very old dirty hotel
The hotel become very old and dirty. All the furniture is wasted and need to be replaced, bathrooms are dirty, the smell is very bad in floor 14, i have nothing positive to say. It should be 3 star maximum, the elevators are not enough it will take a lot of time to move. I have a lot of comments that was transferred to the management and i didn't see any positive response.

Everything was great كل شيء كان رائع
It was such a great resort to visit. Very suitable for muslim families. Clean & nice .privacy is good they have swimming pool & separate beach for females And of course there’s a separate pool and beach area for men & and kid games .. etc كانت زيارة رائعة. مناسب جداً للعوائل المسلمة .. نظيف ورائع. وفيه مسبح نسائي و شاطئ لهم وفيه للرجال طبعا مسبح ومكان للشاطئ لهم و العاب اطفال وغيره

nice hotel big and clean
the hotel is nice and clean the stuff are kind ,but the service is too bad i wait for 40 mins to send someone to take my lagguge and also the elevator always full i go up and down for the 6th floor on the stairs the a/c was too hot in my bed room someone came and told me he send a guy to fix and nobodys come , its a nice place but too bad service and too much crowded i did not use any of the facilities !

It's a very family oriented hotel, space is great and hotel is clean. For the price it's a catch, however, this only applies if you're a family with kids. If not then this place is the wrong choice for you.

Over crouded limited facilities
It is so difficult to find a place in the parking. I had to park outside in a construction area. At the time of check out ì had to wait 30 min for the lift. Even the passage to the beach is so small and pass through the indoor pool.
