The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities. "Outside was very misleading. It was difficult to find as well. However, the light at the end if the tunnel was once you got inside it was just as the pictures shown. Very nice and warm. "

"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Amazing value for money. Not extremely close to downtown but very walkable. Laundry service was very convenient as it was free to use and has good machines. Only drawback is construction to the north on a nearby building began early (7am) and caused some disruptions to sleep. "
