This spacious, family-friendly apartment is centrally located in a great neighborhood, just a 6-minute walk from the M1 Millennium subway and 8 minutes from the West Railway Station. Situated on the ground floor, it’s perfect for hosting family and friends, offering comfort and plenty of room to relax. Enjoy the convenience of city living while feeling right at home in a welcoming, warm atmosphere.

The property
Our apartment was renovated in July 2023.
This is a 60 m2 property with a living room with an American kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. A perfect choice for families with small and large children, groups of friends, and couples. The central part of the apartment is the family room with an American kitchen, where a well-equipped kitchen awaits guests. The spacious bathroom opens from here, with a double sink and bathtub.
Despite the central location of the apartment and the house, it is very quiet, so you can relax in the evenings.
