A lakás napfényes és légkondicionált, két fejes egységek. 100 méterre a lakástól, INGYENES FELÜGYELT PARKOLÓ PROVIDED.1 egy autó 1,5 euro/óra az utcán, 8 órától 10 óráig.A lakás napfényes, légkondicionált, kétszobás. Budapest leghíresebb és legszebb látnivalói (Duna-part, Gozsdu kert, ahol a legjobb romkocsmák/bárok találhatók, stb.) pár perc sétával elérhetők, így nem kell közlekedést igénybe venni, az éjszaka közepén. Nagyon csendes, teljesen felszerelt lakás. Az egyik szobában franciaágy és egy kanapé található. A kis szobában van egy ágy
A teljesen felszerelt fürdőszobában zuhanykabin és fűtött törölközőtartó található.
A konyha teljesen felszerelt, van hűtő, tűzhely, sütő és mosógép, minden egyéb alapfelszereltség. Vasalódeszka is rendelkezésre áll.
