Very good experience, great location, didn't even use public transport. The owner is correct, good-natured, cheerful, can meet and escort to the airport. Price plus quality is very good. Recommend.

Wonderful experience ! I

老闆非常非常親切、熱心而且英文真的超好！ 公寓有客廳有廚房有私人獨立衛浴，乾淨又舒適真的很棒！ 附近就有三家超市，離電車站跟地鐵站很近，想自己煮來省點錢還有方便的交通運輸的話，非常推薦！！！

Tudo muito bom.

András é um excelente anfitrião. Nos atendeu muito bem em todos os momentos. O apartamento tem tudo o que é preciso e é confortável. A localização é boa. O prédio é bem antigo, muito bonito, super legal, você se sente verdadeiramente em Budapeste. O único ponto negativo é o elevador, que ficou quebrado durante nossa estadia. Como somos jovens, não tivemos nenhum problema em usar as escadas, mas para pessoas mais idosas isso seria um problema. O Wi-fi era excelente. Utensílios de cozinha, limpeza do quarto, segurança do local, enfim, tudo perfeito. Indico a hospedagem lá, o custo benefício é excelente, principalmente para jovens e meia idade.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τιμή.

Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα,ασφαλές με όλες τις ανέσεις,σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία,απέναντι από γραμμή τραμ και λεωφορείων. Δίπλα απο 3 υπεραγορές, εστιατόρια,ανταλλακτηρια χρωμάτων και αλλά.Ο πίσω δρομος οδηγεί με 15 λεπτα περπάτημα στο κεντρο.Ο Andras ο άνθρωπος που τα διαχειρίζεται είναι υπέροχος και σου παρέχει κάθε δυνατή βοήθεια και καθοδήγηση. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Всегда на отдыхе останавливались в отелях. В этот раз в Будапеште решили снять апартаменты. Впечатление очень позитивное: уютно, тихо (окна выходят во двор дома), есть всё необходимое, включая кухонную технику и утварь, хороший WI-FI. Центр города совсем недалеко. У дома - транспорт, рестораны, магазины, обмен валюты.

Excellent location with tram stop outside, buses and metro 5 mins away. owner of the apartment was kind and picked us up and took us to the airport for 24euros. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. We were asked to clean it before we left which was strange request!! I left it cleaner than we found it and dusted the furniture and cleaned the glasses. The apartment is an older style with high ceilings. It was dark in the main living area as the main window looked out on to the side street. Overall a good stay

有古意盎然天井的樓房

這是在布達佩斯一週的窩居處 房東說這房子已經 130 年 即使是電梯也超過 70 年 既然還是好的，就繼續用吧 此處位於大學學區內，因此日常用品及食物相對便宜 下樓就是便宜的雜貨店及小生鮮便利店 除該有的臥室、浴室外 還有廚房及洗衣機、熨斗及晾衣架 所以不論家具、設備以及週邊便利 都是可圈可點 房東更是親切友善，英文流利 也是他跟我說的 布達佩斯是一個安全的城市 只有週末晚上別去招惹醉漢

Location is fabulous. Amenities are few yards from the Appartment. Walking distance to most landmrks. All in all an unforgetable and really enjoyable ten days holiday during Christmas and new year. Could not adk for more.

Great apartment with outstanding service

Loved the apartment but what made everything even more special was the personal service and attention from Andreas. He stayed in contact with me throughout my trip and on the first night when I told him that the bathroom was cold, he went out and purchased a space heater that made my stay even more comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Andràs -il proprietario- è davvero simpatico, parla molto bene l’italiano, è disponibile a fornire qualsiasi tipo di informazione e cortese. L’appartamento è della giusta misura per passare dei giorni in visita alla città, è in centro e molto vicino ai mezzi pubblici (che funzionano come un orologio, sono frequenti e portano ovunque), a supermercati e ad (almeno) un ottimo ristorante, ma ha anche la cucina per chi vuole prepararsi il pasto. Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità! Andràs poi ama la Storia ed è piacevole passare del tempo con lui anche per conoscere meglio l’Ungheria. Per chi vuole visitare la città è davvero consigliato!

We stayed at 47 Jozsef Korut apartment with its typically old Hungarian decor, provided an ideal base for a short city brake i.e. handy for public transport, secure, clean, nice shower and self-catering. It was ideally positioned for public transport and daily shopping needs with a supermarket, pizza takeaway, restaurants and bars close buy. Andras, our contact was a gem, offering lots of useful advice and responded promptly to all of our enquiries. He also collected us from the airport even with our late arrival. To offer some constructive advice I would say that the apartment lighting needs upgrading with there being little natural light. Bedside tables were lacking and a huge old sideboard cluttered the space unnecessarily. To sum up, The apartment certainly offered value for money at £38.00 per night, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone on a short stay visit on a tight budget.

Appena arrivato sembrava andare tutto bene... Ed è stato così fino a quando a fine soggiorno il proprietario pretendeva dei soldi extra per aver usato le sue asciugamani... Nonostante gli ho lasciato le mie di asciugamani continuava a richiedere un risarcimento in euro.... ASSURDO!

En mycket fint lägenhet med bra läge. Nära tunnelbana, spårvagn precis utanför dörren som går dygnet runt. Lägenhetsvärden András skickade mycket bra information om praktisk saker t.ex. "money exchange", pub, sevärdheter etc. Han är mycket trevlig, svarar snabbt på mejl/sms (whatsApp) och tillgängligt. Rekommenderas varmt!
