"Great for our celebratory family occasion. A very relaxing location. The access road was challenging. Definitely best in a four wheel drive. Lovely log fires and plenty of wood for the fires. Some of the heaters in individual rooms did not seem to work. Perhaps the power supply. All in all a great family holiday."

"Such a wonderful property, it’s impossible to go past! The rooms are perfect for a small group of friends, the space perfect for everyone to have privacy and fun. The view is to die for. The drive to get there- too much fun! There is a generous amount of tasteful artifacts which make it looked lived in and not like the usual short-term rental. Beds and bedding are excellent. The kitchen has new whitegoods and functional cooking equipment, plenty of glasses and plates, bring your own sharp knife if that’s a thing for you. Bathrooms are good, hot water is plentiful, and all linen supplied makes for an easy stay."
